Qualsa is recognised as an Investor in People organisation by the South African Department of Labour in conjunction with its UK counterpart. Investors in People is an international accreditation initiative, which measures people management practices within organisations.
As the first business to achieve accreditation in the insurance industry - one of the largest sectors in South Africa - we are justifiably proud of our achievement.

The Ethics Institute of South Africa (EthicSA) is an independent, non-partisan, not-for-profit organisation.
Their mission is to promote and advance ethical practices in South Africa - in the professions, business, and public policy, and among individuals. To this end, they serve as a resource, facilitate ethics initiatives, and form partnerships with private and public institutions, as well as individuals.
